Dermal Fillers

HIFU is a HIGH INTENSITY FOCUSED ULTRASOUND that penetrates the skin to depths that previously were only reachable via cosmetic surgery!

FACE SCULPTING:

The development of HIFU has enabled the SMAS layer (a fan-shaped structure) found under the Facial skin that connects the facial muscles with the dermis.

The aim is to target heat at various depths in the skin to elevate the local temperature to reach 65 degrees Celcius, to stimulate collagen production & lift the fibres. HIFU causes discrete thermal coagulation points while leaving surrounding tissue intact.

New collagen is formed in the areas of thermal tissue coagulation resulting in the tightening & lifting of sagging facial & neck skin & improvements in the appearance of wrinkles.
